Healing, beautifying turmeric milk

What is the secret of turmeric?
Modern science as well as traditional medicine is familiar with this herb, whose main active ingredient is yellow curcumin. Turmeric kills bacteria and parasites, stimulates blood circulation and overall metabolism and is a very powerful soothing agent. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon turmeric
100 ml water
400 ml rice milk
2 tablespoons ghee or cold-pressed vegetable oil
1 teaspoon honey
Cardamom, Cinnamon, Nutmeg to taste
Preparation: boil the turmeric (cardamom) in water until it becomes paste-like. The recommended cooking time is 8 minutes, adding more water if necessary. Meanwhile, boil half of the milk with the fat. Once boiling, remove from the heat and blend the two mixtures, using a blender if necessary. Then add the other part of the milk and the honey.
The paste can be stored in the fridge for up to 40 days if you make a large batch.
Turmeric milk is particularly useful for stiff joints, it is an oiling source for the whole skeletal system. Its vitalising ingredients help keep us flexible and vital.
It is best to drink turmeric milk on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning and in the evening before going to bed.
