Immune protective spice mix

Herbs and aromatherapy can be a great help during the winter season. Many plants contain powerful antiviral and antibacterial agents. We would like to share with you an excellent recipe for Ayurvedic medicine, suitable for both prevention and therapy.

Take a teaspoon of the following spices: 

  • turmeric
  • cinnamon

Take half a teaspoon of the following:

  • black pepper
  • cloves

Take a pinch: 

  • nutmeg

Pour into a heatproof glass, mix the spices with a tablespoon of honey or vegetable syrup (vegans) and pour over 2 dl of hot but still drinkable water. Sip slowly. 

It can be drunk 1X daily for prevention and up to 3X daily for therapy. It is most effective on an empty stomach, but if you are prone to stomach pains, drink after a meal, sipping slowly and carefully!
