Psychosomatics of skin lesions
As many of us have experienced, if we are under a lot of stress, we can get more acne and if we don't get enough rest, our skin can turn grey. In fact, extreme stress or prolonged, ongoing stress can leave our skin unable to nourish our hair follicles and our hair can fall out. Why might this be?

The term stress, as used in our everyday lives, always refers to a situation to which the body has to adapt because it affects us negatively, i.e. it is alien to us. Stress is not a simple emotion, but a situation in life that almost always triggers negative emotions, and almost no organ reacts as quickly to psychological stress as the skin and its associated structures such as the hair.
According to the latest scientific information, the skin is the "ectodermal" part of the central nervous system, because the skin develops from the same germ cells, the ectoderm, as the central nervous system. The skin can be understood as an inverted part of the nervous system. It is therefore not surprising that scientists believe that there is a close link between neurological and psychological factors and skin diseases and that it is therefore the most important and visible organ for the expression of our emotions.
Skin symptoms can also be a reminder that we need to pay more attention to our inner self, to the psychological factors, because a subconscious information has surfaced and is no longer suppressed. These deep contents are in most cases related to some kind of self-denial and repression - but they are already visible on the skin and thus force attention. This is why it can be very helpful to be able to read their messages.
GNM
The new Germanic medicine (GNM) is able to interpret the whole mental process in a very logical and systematic way, because it categorizes the lesions according to the ancient guidelines and thus we are able to understand them more easily.
Some helpful information about the skin and its disorders with a new Germanic approach to medicine:
PHASE 1 - Epidermis
The epidermis is one of our newest tissues. It originates from the outer germ layer and is controlled by the cerebral cortex. Its cosmetic lesions can include neurodermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo and hair loss. Following psychological conflict, cell death is seen in the active phase (during the persistence of the conflict) and inflammation and oedema are characteristic following resolution of the task.
In neurodermatitis , the skin is not velvety soft but rough. In fact, it is a microscopically recognisable skin ulceration. The triggering biological conflict (stressful situation) may be an unwanted separation or dissociation. In the healing phase after the conflict has been resolved, the skin swells with edema formation, the small ulcers slowly fill up from their base with new squamous cells, which is associated with itching, possibly pain. This is called eczema.
In vitiligo, the same process takes place, but not towards the epidermis, but inwards, towards the pigmented part of the epithelium, closer to the dermis: if there is ulceration, i.e. necrosis, the pigmented squamous cells are degraded almost invisibly. White patches form on the skin. The biological psychological conflict of vitiligo is always of some kind a brutal separation from a person with whom there is a very strong emotional attachment. The emotional content of that I can't let goI want to stay in touch with him.
The emotional content of psoriasis is the opposite, a natural but exaggerated defensive function of the skin, where we demarcate ourselves in all directions. We don't want to let anything in or out. Behind every defence is a fear of vulnerability. The thicker the armour, the greater the inner sensitivity, the fear of vulnerability.
2. IRHARÉTEG - Corium
The corium is an ancient mesodermal, cerebellar-directed tissue of central germinal origin. Its ancient meaning and function is to separate the integrity of the individual from other individuals (defensive capacity) and to maintain contact with other conspecifics. When an individual's integrity is compromised by an attack or disfigurement, biological conflict triggers a meaningful biological separate program. The individual builds a defensive wall at the site of the attack. This reinforces the wall outwards.
The lesions in the dermis layer grow during the active phase of the conflict (while the stress situation is ongoing) and respond by cell proliferation. In the healing phase after the conflict has been resolved, normally with the help of fungi or microbacteria, this cell growth is broken down and absorbed by the cells.
The most common cosmetic lesions can be acne and pigment spots.
Acne can occur, for example, when an adolescent feels dirty, especially on the face, either through humiliation, teasing or humiliation.
Pigment spots represent the activity of melanin islands in the dermis, an over-protection against external aggression.
According to Germanic medicine, the root cause of all physical disorders is psychological, and once the conflict is resolved, the stress is removed and the disorder is eliminated.
There are now many ways to help resolve the underlying subconscious causes. These include Hellinger's family and systemic adjustment (e.g. Dr. Gabriella Agócs - psychiatrist, hypnotherapist and transbreathing therapist), kinesiology, Brandon Bays - Inner Journey Therapy, Byron Katie - The Four Questions Method and many other ways and methods, depending on individual preferences and attitudes, have been given to help us become at one with ourselves and the world.
