What can I expect, will the redness disappear completely?
The more factors that contribute to a skin problem, the harder it is to normalise. If it's just inflammation of the connective tissue, it can disappear completely in 2-3 months. If the facial skin is thinned and needs to be strengthened, it can take up to 6 months, if the musculature is extremely tense and stressed, it is necessary to incorporate bio-plasty. Is cosmetic cleansing necessary during skin resurfacing?

What does it mean to clean the pores of the face?
The pores are closed by sebaceous plugs, demodex nodules, connective tissue thickening and even skin thickening due to increased caries. The skin condition determines how many days of overnight oiling are needed to prepare the skin and clear the pores. Pores and skin nodules are released by professional manual cosmetic cleansing. On the one hand, this takes the strain off the skin and connective tissue, reducing inflammation. As a complementary effect, the active substances penetrate deeper and deeper, washing and cleaning the connective tissue layer, thus reducing inflammation.
My skin is very sensitive, it reacts to everything with inflammation, which face cream or foundation can I use?
Mites feed on oil - a skin renewal oil serum is what you can use at the beginning of your skin renewal, but you can also use an oil-free serum, foundation, powder. For inflamed skin, do not use a concentrated oil serum, in this case it is best to mix it with your day serum in half and half, or as much as your skin can handle. In extreme cases, leave out the oil and focus on skin regeneration only initially.
What cosmetics and creams can I combine the treatment with?
During the treatment, only the skin renewal oil serum can be used, avoid all other oil-based creams and decorative cosmetics. If possible, do not combine with other products.
My face feels dry, what should I do?
During the skin renewal process, it is very important that the skin does not dry out. The oil can cause skin irritation and breakdown of connective tissue due to micro-damage caused by dehydration. In this case, mix a drop of night oil with the day serum for a few days at night if a richer care is needed. In such cases, it may be a good idea to skip the daytime toner for a few days and moisturise the face several times a day as needed. If necessary, supplement the skin regeneration with a hypoallergenic building face cream. In this case, make an appointment for a consultation to choose the best cream for your complexion.
The oil serum is making my face look even worse, what should I do?
The otherwise inflamed connective tissue may burst as the demodex mites die. When this happens, the face is hot, slightly swollen and flaming. The reason is that the dead demodex mites cause the skin to become stressed, and it is bacteria, viruses, fungi, and slags that cause the flare-up. In this case, it's worth cutting back on the oil serum and focusing on skin regeneration so that skin renewal can continue.
Everything went fine until the 4th - 5th treatment and then my face lit up on my last treatment. What should I do?
This often occurs in cases where the underlying causes include increased connective tissue thickening.At this time, the epidermis of the skin is not yet strong enough and we reach the chronically inflamed connective tissue part of the treatment. This is when the skin needs to be taken care of to the greatest extent - wind, sun, cold, dehydration - are major hazards. Emphasis needs to be placed on skin regeneration and reducing connective tissue inflammation so that skin regeneration can continue.

Which make-up products need to be replaced?
For make-up products, it is essential to replace those that cannot be disinfected - eyeshadow, concealer, applicators (e.g. eyeshadow sponges).
What foundation and make-up products can I use?
During the treatment, you can use an oil-free foundation, powder foundation and oil-free concealer stick.
It's not organic, but rather natural, non-toxic that's important - it's the synthetic preservatives, perfumes, mineral oil, synthetic emulsifiers, ingredients that damage the skin, giving room for any kind of pathogen.
The same goes for hair and scalp care: avoid shampoos containing sodium lauryl sulphate, synthetic perfumes, preservatives and toxins.
Am I allergic? Do I have poisoning? Do I have a Demodex mite infestation?
Probably all at the same time, because first we get poisoned, then we get allergies, and finally we get serious skin lesions.... Most cases, however, are not demodex mite infections, but chronic connective tissue inflammation due to skin closure. Because the pores are closed, the demodex mites become trapped in the skin and are forced to die there, causing chronic inflammation and nodules in the skin.
Are saunas and tanning beds allowed during skin resurfacing?
Hot steam and saunas can be particularly beneficial, as they are heat resistant to the mite and also help to cleanse the pores of the skin. Tanning beds are also beneficial against demodex, but it is important to follow the hygiene rules carefully and avoid them if you have acute inflammation symptoms on your face. Avoid these extremes for skin with severe rosacea and acne.
After an initial improvement in Demodex balancing, my symptoms worsened again. What is the cause?
The average life cycle of mites is 18 days. It is likely that the second colony has now died, the bacteria have been eliminated, but with continued skin care, the skin condition will hopefully improve quickly.
