Acne, seborrhoea and rosacea, or inflamed facial skin, can cause many people years or even a lifetime of problems. It is less well known that these skin conditions can develop into each other and can mix.

What types do we see in the skin renewal salon?
1. ACUTE ACNE-ROSACEA, WHICH IS A SYMPTOM OF A SKIN BALANCE SHIFT FROM AN INFECTION
Acne rosacea often develops overnight - usually as a result of an acute infection. In this case, the skin is red due to acute inflammation and there is no vascular involvement. In this case, if we react in time and take proper care of the skin, we can achieve a very rapid improvement. In a few weeks the skin symptoms will disappear completely.
Unfortunately, most cases are more complicated, because if the skin symptom persists for years, after a while it affects the deeper layers of the skin and the connective tissue. It is also common to have red skin due to acute and chronic inflammation of the skin, but it is also possible that the vascular system is already affected and the blood vessels become visible on the face. Treating inflamed facial skin requires great care, and in many cases even water can irritate the skin.
It is our experience that after proper skin regeneration and regeneration of the facial tissue system (if general vascular disease can be excluded), redness and the visibility of blood vessels will also disappear. However, the length of treatment is directly proportional to the depth of tissue affected, requiring up to 4-6 months of intensive treatment.
2. ACNE FROM ROSACEA
A. Acne rosacea due to general vascular damage (hypertension, diabetes, etc.)
This is the most difficult skin condition to treat, and fortunately the rarest. It is mainly a side effect of years of untreated hypertension or diabetes. Its treatment is therefore initially mainly recommended internally and, as far as the skin is concerned, it is still worth focusing on preventive skin care. This mainly means supporting skin balance with pure, chemical-free cosmetics that support skin regeneration and strengthening blood vessels and connective tissue. In addition, it is also worth supporting the blood vessels internally, e.g. through high vitamin C intake, collagen intake.
In this case, the skin is more susceptible to skin imbalances and infections, because the weakness of the arteries reduces the skin's metabolism and nutrient supply, and in the case of venous weakness, the elimination of toxins is inhibited and this can lead to skin imbalances, which facilitate the proliferation of pathogenic agents and skin infections. In such cases, vascular and classical rosacea are combined. Acne-rosacea develops. Accordingly, soothing and skin regeneration treatments are required. B. Acne-rosacea due to increased scabies (seborrhoeic)
This is a fairly common inflammatory facial skin disease. The skin is rough to the touch and does not initially show signs of inflammation. It develops mostly due to a disturbance in blood supply caused by stress, even over a period of years. It is characterised by structural skin damage, thickened connective tissue, thinning of the skin, and in many cases, subsequent skin infections and inflammation.
Usually, for years, even the connective tissue nodules are not visible or noticeable, so it does not cause much discomfort. Then suddenly the inflammation starts and then it causes more and more complaints. During the treatment of the inflamed skin, professional skin resurfacing treatment will gradually loosen the nodules and remove them.
In more severe cases, the surface of the skin is inflamed, red and deep nodules of connective tissue break the surface as pimples. Skin resurfacing usually takes from 6 months to 1 year, because the entire tissue system of the face needs to be rebuilt to make the skin healthy.
C. Acne-rosacea due to increased sebum production and increased hairiness
This combined form requires challenge and patience to maintain. It is characterised by alternating blackheads, cysts, scars and inflammations. In many cases, internal organ nodules, nutritional intolerance, extremely low stress tolerance are the underlying causes.
The skin symptoms, inflammation and symptoms are highly dependent on the hormonal activity. Depending on the depth of the facial tissue, there may be dermatitis, combined with connective tissue inflammation, or even infectious dermatitis extending to the flesh and skeletal system.
