The wonderful aromatherapy
Aromatherapy plants have been central to the healing sciences since the dawn of mankind. Fortunately, we are increasingly rediscovering and using their methods.
Aromatherapy is when we use pure and natural essential oils to harmonise, strengthen or heal the body.
Inhaling essential oils - through vaporizing candles - also has an intense effect on our whole being. And aromatherapy massage is an intense healing method of combining human touch with essential oils.
I find that one of the most effective ways to use essential oils is to dissolve essential oils in your bath water, because then you can consciously take a short break from everyday life and experience wonderful relaxing moments. The great advantage of this is that you can enjoy the beneficial effects of aromatherapy without any help
- For complete relaxation, light a candle and place it near the bath. Turn off the light. You can also use a candle, which is said to enhance the effect of the essential oils. Be careful not to fall asleep in this peaceful atmosphere.
- Prepare a water soluble essential oil or essential oil blend - you can do this with a bio solvent - you usually need as much solvent as you dissolve the essential oil
- Drip 1-2 ml of the prepared mixture into the bath and pour the warm water over it.
- Stir the water until a fine foam forms on the surface.
- Soak in the bubbles and relax for at least 15 minutes before getting out of the bath. Some popular oils with good effects. Jasmine is also famous for its special, delicate, soothing scent.
