Heavy metals in our body and how to get them out

Heavy metal poisoning and discharge

Often, heavy metal accumulation in the body can be detected in the background of rosacea and acne skin symptoms. Heavy metal exposure itself causes immune deficiency, but the reverse is also true, in that when we are under more stress our immune system can weaken, thus reducing our defences. Weakened immunity also means that we are more vulnerable to external attacks from viruses, bacteria, diseases, fungi, pollen and heavy metals.

The latter are called heavy metals because their specific weight is more than four times that of water. These include amalgam, lead, mercury, gold, silver, copper, tin, zinc, iron, cobalt, cadmium and nickel.

It is very important not to confuse heavy metals with organic trace elements in our bodies such as magnesium, iron and potassium.

How can heavy metals enter the body?

Metals build up in the body when we are under high stress, putting our muscles under strain, weakening our immune system and eventually impairing the detoxification function of our cells.

When this happens, the body mistakenly absorbs and delivers toxic substances to a particular organ, which become deposited, as if we are building armour inside the body instead of immunity.

Mineral deficiencies also contribute to deposition. If the metal ion finds a vacancy, it fills it, leaving a free path for the poisoning to take place. Therefore, a healthy mineral base is an important basis for detoxification! This can be supported by vitamins, trace elements, Schüssler salts, enzymes and gut bacteria.

Symptoms, diseases

If we don't physically remove accumulated metals from our bodies, sooner or later they can cause various symptoms and diseases, such as: skin lesions, rashes, eczema, allergies, itching, headaches, neurodermatitis, asthma, respiratory diseases, hair loss, indigestion, joint pain, chronic pain, fatigue, susceptibility to infections, sleep disturbances, depression, confusion, cancer, fungal infections, autism, learning difficulties, psychological changes, and in more severe cases, fatal diseases.

What metals are these?

Mercury /Amalgam / Gold / Lead / Copper / Aluminium / Cadmium / Iron / Arsenic / Silver / Titanium / Tungsten / Cobalt / Cadmium / Nickel

Where do heavy metals get into our bodies?

1. Tap water

2. Dental fillings, dental prostheses (amalgam, titanium), dentures, braces

3. Vaccinations

4. Pesticides: in cheese, baking powder, cakes, frozen pasta, soy-based proteins, colours, flavour enhancers

5. Drinks in aluminium cans

6. Body lotions, cosmetics

7. TetraPak boxes

8. Deodorants, antiperspirants

9. Aluminium kitchen utensils

10. Tanning creams, sunscreens

11. Medicines, adhesives, paints

12. Toxic gases from aircraft, cars

Mercury

This substance is a neurotoxin and also suppresses the immune system. Mercury rapidly enters the spinal cord and the brain through the nerve pathways, where it can destroy the nerve's ability to conduct electrical impulses. It causes severe organ and musculoskeletal damage.

Dr. Yoshiakai Omura has shown that daily ingestion of coriander mobilizes mercury and other toxic metals from the central nervous system, which are excreted through the urine, faeces or temporarily translocated to peripheral tissues.

In women who do not become pregnant or lose their foetus early, mercury may be deposited in the pituitary gland. In pregnant women, it poses a particular risk to the foetus. In fact, the heavy metal can pass into the baby through breast milk. Allergies in children, especially neurodermatitis, are very often caused by heavy metals from the mother's body. They can also cause learning disabilities and dyslexia (concentration problems).

Amalgam

Mercury and more mixed metals are constantly released from amalgam. This alloy is absorbed through the mucous membranes of the sinuses and, partly through the nerves and partly through the subcranial circulation, bypasses the detoxifying action of the liver and enters the brain by a short route, where it binds with high affinity to brain cells.

Gold

Gold by itself would be beneficial, but as an example, gold fillings are not just gold, but gold alloys mixed with platinum, palladium, copper, silver, nickel or other metals. The average alloy used for dental crowns contains 8-12 different metals, plus traces of 20-30 other metals. Therefore, gold fillings and crowns are not harmless. However, it releases its constituents more slowly than mercury fillings and is therefore less toxic, but can cause severe allergies.

Lead

Lead is a cell poison, precipitates proteins and damages cell structure. Lead interferes with brain function, blood-forming and excretory organs, and is stored in bones.

Chronic poisoning is common, most often occurring through the stomach. It usually enters the body unnoticed. It can enter through the mouth or the skin. Lead can cause many disorders: anaemia, thinness, greyish flesh, weakness, insomnia, itching of the skin, tremor of the hands, numbness of the skin in places, dropsy around the ankles, tightness and diarrhoea with great pain, and muscular paralysis.

Copper

Copper is also a common cause of poisoning due to its industrial and domestic use. Copper gallate is sometimes added to wheat bread by bakers, and is even used to soak wheat before sowing. It is commonly used as a pesticide, which is how it enters the body orally. Symptoms of copper poisoning include bluish-green vomiting, black stools, jaundice, paralysis of the trunk, gastritis, and eating disorders. Fat-like substances such as castor oil help the absorption of copper.

Aluminium

It has been used for decades in vaccines to increase the effectiveness of the vaccine. Abnormalities in bone metabolism can occur with aluminium accumulation. It weakens kidney function, poisons the central nervous system and bones.

Cadmium

Cadmium replaces calcium in the bones, so in the event of poisoning, severe and painful osteoporosis and even bone shrinkage can occur. The food industry uses it as a yellow dye. Cereals, poppy seeds, linseed, potatoes, sunflower seeds, fish and other meats can be high in cadmium. Cadmium accumulates in the kidneys of animals, which is why it is particularly dangerous to consume pig kidneys and beef liver. It is highly damaging to the nervous system and, in children, when combined with mercury, leads to a reduction in intelligence quotient. Symptoms: irritability, fatigue, thirst, shortness of breath, gastrointestinal complaints.

Iron

You can get iron poisoning both externally and internally. Mostly internally, if you take too many iron pills and multivitamins for anaemia!

Especially if you have cadmium poisoning, which is a common cause of iron deficiency, and you also take iron. Cadmium is incorporated in place of iron and calcium. In such cases, it is forbidden to supplement trace elements from outside until the poisoning has disappeared.

The iron first irritates the stomach and digestive tract, poisoning cells within hours, and days later the liver is damaged. Symptoms: vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, drowsiness, loss of consciousness, seizures, stomach bleeding. In more severe cases, rapid breathing, rapid heartbeat, bleeding, low blood pressure, jaundice, liver failure, heart and pancreas failure, joint damage may occur. Heavy alcohol consumption also increases the absorption of iron. Women are more protected because excess iron is removed from the body with monthly menstruation.

Arsenic

A very toxic metal! Arsenic is found in food, paints, fabrics, wallpaper and children's toys.Arsenic in the body affects cellular processes by binding to enzymes. The increased formation of dyes can lead to dry skin and high pigmentation. Arsenic can therefore cause pain, numbness and temporary paralysis. In acute poisoning, it acts on the intestinal mucosa, causing pain, vomiting, diarrhoea, sweating and a scratching sensation in the throat. Arsenic, because it also has a disinfectant effect, kills the bacteria that break down putrefaction and therefore has a dehydrating effect.

Silver

Silver is found in amalgam fillings and in various dental materials, silver colloid, medicines, dyes, etc. It can be particularly dangerous for dentists and jewellers. In internal organs, the mucous membranes of the intestines, the lining of the brain, the lining of the liver and the drains and vessels of the kidneys, a grey colour appears when exposed to silver. When poisoned, greyish patches appear on the tooth enamel, palate, conjunctiva of the eyes, and various areas of the skin. Symptoms: emaciation, fatty degeneration of muscles and liver.

Titan

I would also not recommend dental implants, as Dr Klinghardt says they are usually made of titanium. Many people are very allergic to titanium, especially those who have had amalgam fillings in the past. Sometimes the titanium implantation does not cause any problems at first, but the problems start later, up to five or six years later: people develop more severe allergic symptoms and later on they develop autoimmune diseases. At this point, of course, no one associates these symptoms with titanium. The patient eventually falls victim to an autoimmune disease.

THE ESSENCE OF THE METAL EXTRACTION METHOD

The first assessment will look at which metals the body cannot detoxify on its own. We have the QMR Bioscan to help. During the scan, we map the body to see where there are energetic stresses (in the brain or glandular system) and see what conscious or subconscious emotions the patient is energetically stressed with.

Following treatment, the metals released are released into the bloodstream and excreted through urine, faeces and sweat. This depends on the level of exposure and how long the metal has been in the body. In such cases, it is worth going to a sauna or more intensive sweating cures, and dry scrubs, massage, baths, colon hydrotherapy, acupressure are also beneficial. The cleansing process can be supported by Schüssler salts, vitamins, trace elements, various metal-binding substances (algae tablets, selenium tablets, chlorella, onion, herbal teas). Breathing exercises, meditation and the release of harmful, blocking thoughts can also help with mental detoxification.

Natural metal outlet agents

1. Herbal extracts - Coriander, Chlorella algae, Spirulina algae, Apricot, Ginko biloba,

Coriander - can even molyse mercury, cadmium, lead and aluminium from bones and the nervous system

Aproboytorjan - tansy is a chelating agent, forming insoluble precipitate with heavy metals and toxins, so they are excreted from the body

2. Aromatherapy oil - Coriander oil blend - individual dosage

3. Phoenix detox cure - dissolves and removes heavy metals

4. Spirulina and chlorella algae blend - 10 tablets/day - Chlorella binds and removes heavy metals and other toxins from the body, while Spirulina vitalises the body, which will enable it to start regenerating itself. Both algae also have an excellent alkalising effect.

5. Tea: lapacho, aloe vera

6. The selenium tablet

A metal extraction can improve your mental state, make you feel better and get rid of old illnesses.

Following treatment, the metals released are released into the bloodstream and excreted through urine, faeces and sweat. This depends on the level of exposure and how long the metal has been in the body. It's a good idea to go to a sauna or do more intense sweating cures, and dry rubbing, massage, baths and acupressure are also good.
