What does trust require?

What does trust require?

Many people ask why our cosmetics are not certified Organic or even Natural. I have thought a lot about this and we now know we don't want to be certified BIO.

Years ago, before designing DRHAZI cosmetics, I looked at all the Bio - Natural certifications that exist in Europe - to see what requirements were necessary.

From the very beginning, the aim was to create cosmetics that were as pure as possible and as beneficial to health as possible.

DRHAZI cosmetics meet these quality assurance standards, yet we do not want to be certified BIO.

WHY?

  • our products contain a high percentage of high-tech plant substances that are not certified BIO, but are pharmaceutical grade active ingredients, so they are highly superior to BIO
  • we often prefer fair trade, wild farmed ingredients rather than certified organic, because organic herbs and organic food are often grown in huge greenhouses and tents under artificial conditions...
  • because in some interpretations the words organic and organic do not refer to the real organic fact that a cosmetic is chemical-free - but to the fact that it is certified
  • because almost all organic certifications allow the use of synthetic substances - an average of 5%
  • because we have to pay a substantial amount of money every month to use the organic certification logo/logos on our products
  • because the whole BIO certification scheme is based on human fear and has generated huge business in recent years by exploiting it

When is a cosmetic "natural"?

If a certain part - even half - of the cosmetic is made from natural ingredients. What is the other half?

When is a cosmetic "organic"?

If 55-85% of the ingredients are from certified organic / certified organic farming - i.e. not just organic.

On the one hand, organic certification allows for a lot of compromise, so we don't want to be part of any of them. That's why it became one of our slogans:

DRHAZI THE UNCOMPROMISING BEAUTY

WE DO NOT USE SYNTHETIC CHEMICALS - OUR COSMETICS ARE 100% NATURAL

WE BUY OUR CERTIFIED RAW MATERIALS FROM GERMAN AND AMERICAN COMPANIES - SO WE ARE SURE OF THEIR HIGH QUALITY

WE MAKE OUR OWN PLANT EXTRACTS WITHOUT SYNTHETIC SUBSTANCES - OIL EXTRACTS WITH ORGANIC RICE BRAN OIL AND AQUEOUS EXTRACTS BY DISTILLATION OF 3X DISTILLED ORGANIC GRAIN ALCOHOL EXTRACT

WE STRIVE TO EARN TRUST WITH REAL VALUES - OUR COSMETICS ARE 100% ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Our principle is to buy organic from the plants we grow and the raw materials (flower water, essential oils) made from them, if possible - but we believe that we buy from wild plants, and the materials made from them are completely unnecessary to buy certified organic, as it would disproportionately increase the price of our cosmetics (e.g. African tiger grass, pine, cedarwood, lotus flower, jasmine, Damask rose), knowing that certified organic materials cost 2X, or rather 3X as much. So in all cases, we use common sense when considering whether it is necessary to go organic. We are more careful to ensure that the plants are processed to pharmaceutical grade purity.

In addition, the high-tech biotech active ingredients used in our cosmetics are not certified organic - precisely because they are already medically pure and therefore represent a higher value.

IT IS PRECISELY BECAUSE OF THESE FACTS THAT WE HAVE CREATED A NEW AREA ON THE RIGHT-HAND SIDE OF THE PRODUCT PAGES WHERE YOU CAN SEE THE PERCENTAGE OF A GIVEN COSMETIC THAT IS NATURAL, THE PERCENTAGE THAT IS ORGANIC AND THE PERCENTAGE THAT IS HIGH-TECH. - The more high-tech ingredients in a cosmetic, the less organic certified ingredients, but that doesn't mean it's not organic.
