- Our cosmetics are intensive active ingredients, and to ensure you can buy 100% natural high-tech cosmetics without risk, we have put together trial packs of cosmetics from the ranges to give you the opportunity to try out DRHAZI high-tech natural cosmetics to see for yourself which products are best for you.
- If there is no test version available for the product you are interested in, please contact our customer service. Our colleagues will be happy to help you to try the cosmetic you need.
- If you are unsure about your skin type, you are welcome to come for a skin diagnosis at any of our Salons.
- In the event that there is no test version of the product available, and the DRHAZI natural cosmetic you purchased is incompatible with your skin, contrary to your expectations, you may return the product to us within 15 days. You will receive a voucher for the value of the product, redeemable for 1 year in the DRHAZI webshop. In this case, you will only be charged for the postage.
