How is a natural cosmetic different?
Making a cream from 100% natural ingredients is a lot like making a chef's dish by hand; each product is unique, as you can't make the same cream exactly the same way twice using the same ingredients, under the same conditions and with the same procedures.
Active cosmetics, even if they provide long-term benefits and value to the user, are quite different from what we are used to.

- even when vacuum packed, their consistency and colour may vary, but fortunately this does not affect their excellent performance
- with aromatherapy, pure essential oils can be used to fragrance cosmetics or even mask the strong aroma of natural oils, so that the beneficial healing effects of herbs can be used
- but be aware that the scent of essential oils changes over time, so you may smell a different fragrance even if you buy the same type of cream, because a fresh cream will always smell more intense than its months old counterpart
- the quality of the living, organic active ingredients is also very variable, it is almost impossible to make 2X the same scent of natural essential oil, just as the plant you buy in the spring is very different from the one you buy in the winter. It smells different, tastes different, often looks different.
In order to always use the perfect cosmetic, when using products made from natural active ingredients, it is important to be aware of their special properties and specific storage and use rules, because they require a little care in return for their gentle care and effectiveness:
- The gentle processes and preservation methods used for 100% natural cosmetics do not allow the product to be exposed to outside contaminants and air after opening, so these products are packaged in sterile airless dispensers rather than jars - this technology is new and we try to choose the most optimal airless jars available, but issues can still arise when using them.
- Please do not open the vacuum jars, as they will lose the vacuum property! Please contact us if you have any problems!
- Direct sunlight is not good for the product because it accelerates the degradation of the active ingredients. Excessive heat may reduce the shelf life of the products, while excessive cold may cause the moisture in the product to precipitate, so do not store the products in a refrigerator. It is recommended to store the unopened formulation in a shaded place at room temperature.
- Natural cosmetics are fresh cosmetics due to their properties and, with special packaging and natural preservation, they should be used within 3 to 4 months after opening.
