General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Purpose of the GTC

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") is to regulate the use of the DRHAZI webshop, the procedure for making purchases through the webshop, and the rights and obligations of customers.

Scope of the GTC: all orders and purchases made by the customer through the webshop.

Conditions for accessing services
  1. Scope of services
    Services available for purchase in the online shop are available at DRHAZI salons and the DRHAZI Anti Age Bio Clinic. The services are not linked to a specific salon or therapist, so the customer can use the pass at any location operated by Hightech Natural Zrt.
  2. Period of use of season tickets
    Passes for treatments purchased are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, the pass will automatically expire and no refund can be requested for unused sessions.
  3. Booking
    All services require an appointment in advance. Appointments can be booked by calling Oxygen Anti Age Bio Clinic +36 20 323 23 33 / Solymár Skin Renewal Centre +36 20 541 6735.
  4. Return to
    Refunds for season tickets and services are only possible if the service cannot be used for reasons in the interest of the service provider (e.g. permanent closure of the salon) and the service provider cannot provide a suitable alternative within 10 km. If the customer does not wish to use the purchased service on the basis of his own choice, no refund of the rental price is possible.
  5. Change and cancellation of appointment
  • The customer can change or cancel the booked appointment at least 24 hours before the treatment.
  • Cancellation or no-show within 24 hours will be considered as used.

The online shop is exclusively for cosmetic products and services. Please note that the professional information - is not a substitute for a medical diagnosis.

The images displayed on the products are illustrations and may differ from the reality. The products shown can only be ordered through the webshop interface, prices do not include delivery costs. Products ordered can only be collected by home delivery.

3. How to buy
  • Selecting products, adding them to the shopping cart and placing an order is done through the webshop interface.
  • By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms and conditions of the GTC.
  • The webshop will send you an automatic e-mail confirmation of your purchase.
Login, logout, registration
  • You can shop as a guest or register.
  • Make sure you enter your details accurately to ensure a smooth delivery.
  • Your registration will take no more than 1 minute.

After registration, you will be logged into our store. If you have already registered but have forgotten your password, click on the password reminder button and enter your registered email address, and your password will be sent to you automatically. If your details have changed in the meantime, you can change them at any time by clicking on the Settings tab.

You need the Logout button if you are using the Internet from a place where other people can use the same computer. By logging out, you can prevent someone from ordering from us on your behalf.

The order process
  • You can enter the desired quantity on the product data sheet and click on the "Add to cart" button, the product will be added to your cart.
  • We offer our customers gifts that are individually selected for you based on the cosmetics you purchase.
  • Proceed as described in point 1 for each product you want to buy.
  • When you have placed all the products you want, view the contents of the basket. You can change the quantity of products in the basket by entering the quantity in the input field in the row and then pressing the "Change" button.
  • Click on the "Pay" button in the shopping cart to proceed with the order process.
  • If you are already registered and logged in as a user, you will be taken directly to the billing details, otherwise you will need to click on "Login" or "Register" or, as a guest, "Continue to shipping details" after entering your email address.
  • As a final step to place your order, click on the "Place Order" button in the "Checkout" section to send your order to us.
  • The order becomes live when it is confirmed by our customer service by e-mail. The system will then start the actual processing of your order. Orders will be fulfilled subject to stock availability.

Orders are processed between 10am and 5pm on working days. It is also possible to place an order outside the times indicated as order processing times, but if the order is placed after working hours, it will be processed the following day.

Our system will send you an automatic e-mail about your order, in which you can inquire about your order by referring to the order number on any of our contact details, or you can follow up by logging in to the site with the details you provided when you registered.

Unsuccessful delivery: in the case of returned parcels not received due to the failure of the delivery due to the customer's fault, the return shipment fee is charged to the customer and we can only resend the parcel if the amount of the delivery charges is paid in advance!

If the product you ordered is not available, our customer service will contact you and inform you of the delivery date.

You will receive a voucher for the value of the product, which you can redeem in the online shop for 1 year. In this case, you will only be charged for the postage.

  • in the case of a package (several products bundled together), the guarantee is only valid for the whole package, not for the individual products
  • trial packs and test kits (5 ml) are not covered by the purchase guarantee

4. Payment methods
  • Credit card payment: we use the OTP Bank system.

OTP is a secure way to pay by credit card, it is easy to use and offers security for both parties because the payment data is transmitted but not transferred to the webshop. It therefore complies with the very strict PCI DSS requirements. The payment process is flexible and can be carried out across all sales channels - desktop, laptop, tablet and smart phone.

After ordering the selected goods, all you have to do is click on "pay by credit card" in the payment method selection and enter your credit card details in the window that appears. Then, in the verification window, check that your details are correct and click on the "Continue" button to accept. Finally, you make the payment and receive a confirmation. The system accepts Maistro, VISA Classic, VISA Electron and Eurocard/MasterCard cards.

We can only accept cards issued for electronic use only if the bank issuing the card authorises its use! Please check with your bank whether your card can be used for online purchases.

  • PayPal: online payment via PayPal.

Here on the left you can see the total of your order and how much you have to pay.
On the right hand side you need to enter your paypal email address and password under the question "Do you have a paypal account?" if you have a paypal account. You can then log in with "Log in" to your own paypal account, where you can approve the deduction of the corresponding amount from your paypal balance.

If you don't have a paypal account and would like to pay by credit card, click on "Don't have Paypal account?" Here you can start the Paypal payment by entering the card number, expiry date and the 3-digit number on the back of the card

  • Cash on delivery: in cash at the courier, on receipt of the parcel.
  • Advance payment: only for private persons, the seller is Dr. Házi Edina individual entrepreneur. The amount must be transferred to the bank account number indicated in the order confirmation.

There is no extra cost to the customer for using these payment methods (except for cash on delivery, where the courier service may charge an extra fee, the amount of which is included in the delivery cost.

 

5. Transport

6. Right of withdrawal
  • Under the law, the consumer has a right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 calendar days.
  • The right of withdrawal starts on the date of receipt of the product.
  • The customer must notify his/her intention to withdraw in writing by e-mail.
  • In the event of withdrawal, the buyer is obliged to return the product undamaged at his own expense.
  • The seller must refund the full purchase price (including delivery charges) within 14 days.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may do so in writing, by letter or e-mail, referring to the product and the order reference. You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 15 working days of ordering the product.

In the case of cancellation by post, the date of posting will be taken into account when calculating the 15 working days. Preferably, you should send the letter by registered mail so that the date of posting can be clearly proven.

Return the ordered product to our company address. The postal costs incurred by returning the product to us will be charged to the customer. Do not return the product by post, as we are not able to accept the parcel returned by post and the cost of returning the parcel is also borne by the buyer.

If the delivery was free of charge, the customer must also pay the cost of the delivery, which is waived as a discount by the service provider at the time of delivery. In the event that the product has been used by the customer and cannot be returned to our company undamaged, we will not accept the return of the product.

The product will only be returned if the gift products that came with the order are returned to us in unopened packaging.

Within thirty days of the product being returned, the product price will be refunded to the account number provided.

 

7. Warranty, product guarantee, warranty
  • The purchaser is entitled to a warranty of replacement in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
  • In the event of a product warranty claim, the buyer can also assert rights against the manufacturer.
  • The products are not covered by a mandatory legal guarantee, but the seller may offer a voluntary guarantee, which the buyer will be informed about separately.
  • Replacement of products : If the product ordered is damaged during delivery, the Service Provider will replace it free of charge or refund the purchase price, if requested. In this case, the DPD courier will take a report, which you should contact our customer service. Please contact our customer service if you notice any defects or damage to the product you have received.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, so please read the instructions carefully.

 

8. Complaints handling and conciliation body

  • The buyer can make a complaint in writing or by telephone to the seller's contact details.
  • The seller must reply to the complaint in writing within 30 days at the latest.
  • Consumers have the right to apply to the conciliation body in their place of residence.

9. Data protection

10. Final provisions
  • Date of entry into force of the GTC: 01.12.2016.
  • The seller is entitled to amend the GTC unilaterally, the amendment shall enter into force upon publication on the webshop.
  • In matters not regulated in the GTC, the Civil Code and the applicable Hungarian legislation shall prevail.
